Temple Heights Animal Hospital uses only the highest quality anesthetics available, with sophisticated monitors to detect any irregularities, to provide that extra margin of safety. All anesthetized patients are monitored by our experienced veterinary staff from the moment of induction until they are fully recovered. We monitor each surgery patient’s heart and respiratory rates, blood pressure, body temperature, arterial oxygen levels (using pulse oximeters), and end tidal carbon dioxide levels.
